Atlanta native Kiki Finley has been a dynamic force in the entertainment industry since 1993, working across music, theater, film, and interactive media. An award-winning Equity actress, she performed in landmark productions including Swan Lake, West Side Story, and For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf, with appearances at institutions such as The Kennedy Center and Pasadena Playhouse. Her on-screen credits include Road Trip, Remember the Titans, and Drumline.
Kiki also spent seven years as a celebrity makeup artist, collaborating with Laurence Fishburne, Kim Fields, and Tyson Beckford, with her work featured in Vogue, Elle, and Essence. She later transitioned into post-production and music management, applying her creative and operational expertise to building sustainable pathways for composers and creators.
As the first Black female founder of a film and game-scoring orchestra in the United States, Kiki established the LA Soundscape Orchestra, specializing in music for film, episodic television, video games, and emerging technologies. She is also the founder of Point Blank Management, becoming the first Black female owner of a music publishing company with an all-female composer roster, focused on championing underrepresented voices in a male-dominated industry.
Expanding Point Blank’s vision into interactive media, Kiki launched PB Games, the game publishing arm of Point Blank Management, dedicated to publishing mobile and console games. PB Games is designed to support global developers through culturally informed publishing, strategic positioning, and long-term IP growth, extending Point Blank’s commitment to equity and creator ownership into the gaming ecosystem.
With a background in Philosophy of Law from Arizona State University, Kiki combines legal literacy, cultural strategy, and creative leadership to guide award-winning composers and developers in rights management, publishing, and licensing. Her mission is to amplify marginalized voices while building innovative, cross-industry platforms that reshape how creative work is owned, valued, and sustained.
John Bulda is a recent graduate student at University of Southern California earning a master's degree in Music Industry. He has experience as: an artist manager, program manager- leading bands at multiple venues in London, UK - facilitated recordings at Abbey Road Studios, including tour management, transportation management, branding, and marketing. In addition, John is a classically trained clarinetist who still performs in multiple orchestra and groups around Los Angeles, worked as a program manager for Netflix Animation and spent 15 years managing with Disney Parks & Resorts and Disney Cruise Lines. He has a passion for music sync Licensing, publishing, and music supervision and happy to be apart of the Point Black Management music supervision team.
Darro Chea is an audio engineer, producer, and educator with a deep understanding of mixing, mastering, and sonic storytelling.
With extensive experience in both digital and analog recording environments, Darro specializes in mixing and mastering across multiple genres, bringing clarity, depth, and polish to every project. His work has been recognized by Billboard, Alternative Press, and Rolling Stone.
Beyond the studio, Darro has over a decade of experience as an educator, teaching audio production, guitar, and music theory. As a first-generation Asian-American artist, he is passionate about fostering diversity and representation in the music industry, ensuring that unique voices are heard and celebrated.
