Kiki Finley | Principal publisher of Music & Games | author
Kiki Finley is an entertainment executive, published author, and creative entrepreneur whose career has spanned music, film, theater, publishing, and interactive media for more than three decades.
An award-winning Equity actress, she has performed at prestigious venues including The Kennedy Center and Pasadena Playhouse, with film credits including Remember the Titans, Drumline, and Road Trip.
As a published children's author, Kiki creates music-centered books that inspire creativity, self-expression, and a love of the arts among young readers.
Kiki is the founder of the LA Soundscape Orchestra, the first film and game-scoring orchestra founded by a Black woman in the United States, and the founder and CEO of Point Blank Management, a Los Angeles-based music and games publishing company representing award-winning composers and sound designers. Through Point Blank, she became the first Black woman to own a music publishing company with an all-female composer roster.
She also founded PB Games, the game publishing division of Point Blank Management, dedicated to supporting independent developers and expanding creator ownership within the gaming industry.
With a background in Philosophy of Law from Arizona State University, Kiki combines creative leadership, publishing expertise, and cultural strategy to champion underrepresented voices while building innovative pathways for creators across music, publishing, and gaming.
John Bulda | Music Supervisor & Contractor
John Bulda is a recent graduate student at University of Southern California earning a master's degree in Music Industry. He has experience as: an artist manager, program manager- leading bands at multiple venues in London, UK - facilitated recordings at Abbey Road Studios, including tour management, transportation management, branding, and marketing. In addition, John is a classically trained clarinetist who still performs in multiple orchestra and groups around Los Angeles, worked as a program manager for Netflix Animation and spent 15 years managing with Disney Parks & Resorts and Disney Cruise Lines. He has a passion for music sync Licensing, publishing, and music supervision and happy to be apart of the Point Black Management music supervision team.
Darro Chea | Audio Engineer
Darro Chea is an audio engineer, producer, and educator with a deep understanding of mixing, mastering, and sonic storytelling.
With extensive experience in both digital and analog recording environments, Darro specializes in mixing and mastering across multiple genres, bringing clarity, depth, and polish to every project. His work has been recognized by Billboard, Alternative Press, and Rolling Stone.
Beyond the studio, Darro has over a decade of experience as an educator, teaching audio production, guitar, and music theory. As a first-generation Asian-American artist, he is passionate about fostering diversity and representation in the music industry, ensuring that unique voices are heard and celebrated.
